Fornasetti Panettone

For the fifth year in a row, the Atelier celebrates Christmas by paying tribute to the Milanese tradition with the special Fornasetti panettone by Davide Longoni.

The limited-edition box is adorned with the image of the Sun King, the central figure of Pompeiana's ornament, illuminating every festive table and transforming dessert into a collector's work of art. A must-have for lovers of the Milanese Atelier and an ideal gift idea for Christmas.

The Fornasetti panettone recipe takes the original ingredients of the Milanese dessert, including raisins, candied orange peel and citron, and combines them with saffron pistils for an unconventional flavor.

To fully enjoy the flavors and aromas, we recommend serving Fornasetti Panettone at room temperature or reheating it in the oven and preferably consuming it within 45 days of the production date indicated on the box.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft WHEAT flour, water, BUTTER, granulated sugar, sourdough starter, pasteurised EGG YOLK, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), raisins (sultanas, sunflower oil), candied citron (citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), honey, orange peel paste, salt, malt, saffron.

May contain: sulphur dioxide, nuts, mustard, soy.
